Features

Built In

  • Automatic tool setup swaps the upper tooling in 10 to 15 seconds, so part changeovers happen between bends instead of stopping the machine for a manual tool change.
  • The full servo-electric drive delivers a stable, repeatable bend with no influence from the machine's thermal conditions, and its clever consumption design cuts electrical energy use.
  • Automatic loading, bending, and unloading keep regular production running independent of the operator, so the line forms parts unattended.
