Built In

  • Marks, punches, and shears each L profile automatically in one pass, so parts move through the line without manual handling between operations.
  • Punching stations move and work independently through triple punch-matrix groups, running multiple hole patterns without stopping to reposition the profile.
  • A servomotor ball screw mechanism holds precise positioning while hydraulic clamps grip the profile edge and index it along the feeding table at up to 100 m/min.
