- A rotating turntable carries every side of the part through the spray nozzles, so a single cycle covers the whole part.
- Heated wash tanks with float-switch heater protection and a removable stainless steel chip tray keep the solution hot and clean.
- A process timer runs each wash cycle and automatic water and compound replenishment holds the solution at strength.
- Step up from a mild steel economy cabinet to a fully optioned stainless cell with rinse, blow-off, filtration, oil skimming, and PLC touchscreen controls.
Rotary Cabinet Washers (RCW Series)
The stainless cabinet washer. A rotating turntable carries parts through 360 degree spray while a front swing door opens 180 degrees for hand or hoist loading. Turntable sizes run from 24 to 72 inches, with upgraded controls and options for rinse, blow-off, filtration, and oil skimming to cover a wide range of part sizes and shapes. An economy mild steel version, the ECW-29 with a 29 inch turntable and a single solution tank and spray pump, is available for shops that want dependable cabinet washing without the options.

Rotary Parts Washers (RPW Series)
Front-loading turntable washers with powered sliding doors that close automatically once parts are loaded to contain the spray. A rotating turntable and fixturing reach surfaces standard cabinets cannot, and the machine runs batch or continuous, with a pass-through configuration for a continuous feed work cell. Turntable sizes run from 18 to 72 inches, with larger sizes available as custom builds.

Rotary Top-Load Washers (RTW Series)
A lift-up top lid instead of a front door, so parts load from overhead straight onto the turntable. The turntable rotates the part through the spray nozzles for a full 360 degree wash, in stainless steel construction and three standard turntable sizes. A flexible fit for batch cleaning or a manufacturing work cell.
