Features

Built In

  • One or more rotating spindles drive parts through a tub of rotating media for a fast, consistent, repeatable finish.
  • Spring-hold, air-release tooling locks the part to the spindle, and repeatable load positions make the machine easy to drop into a robotic line.
  • A variable speed tub with a perforated drain section pulls liquid sludge out of the media as it runs.
  • Options add spindle orientation and flush stations, a rotary actuator for easier load and unload, hydraulically actuated tooling, and a safety enclosure.
