Features

A spinning disc throws media and parts up against the stationary polyurethane wall, finishing parts up to five to ten times faster than vibratory.
Variable frequency speed control runs fine finishing at low speed and aggressive deburring or edge radiusing at higher speed.
Gap adjustment bolts keep media and parts out of the gap between the moving base and the tub wall.
Automated A-models add a loading and unloading system with a built-in media separator, run through a touchscreen PLC for continuous operation.
