By Application
Sharp edges left by cutting and punching are a safety risk and a problem for coating and paint adhesion. Edge conditioning breaks those edges and sets a controlled radius, so parts are safe to handle and hold a finish. For anyone coating or powder-coating downstream, a conditioned edge is the difference between a part that holds paint and one that fails at the corner.

Buyer Guidance
For a consistent radius, a brush head rounds the edge uniformly around the whole part, inside and outside corners alike, where a flat belt alone would only hit the top. The 22 Series EdgeMaster is built specifically for this, with rotating discs that remove the secondary burr and hold a controlled radius.
For high-volume or mixed work, match the head configuration to the radius you need. Tell us how much edge break your coating or your spec calls for and we will set the machine up to hold it.
Carlson's team has placed equipment in New England fabrication shops for over 67 years. We know which machine fits your material, your volume, and your floor plan. Call us or send a note and we will get back to you the same day.
