PBT BENDO PROFILE BENDING MACHINE
The machine is dual sided: the front enables rolling, while the back enables folding. Minimal oil quantity is 4.5 gallons (17 litre). Changing the tool holding shafts from ø 65mm to ø 105mm allows users to choose the size of the tooling with an adapter. Operator training is included in the price. PBT HELIX® PROFILE BENDING MACHINE
Principally used for massive profiles, Helix® Profile Bending Machines are the source of super power for those truly heavy-duty jobs. WIth a Swiss quality modern design, ergonomic working, and PC400 control system, this profile bender is ready to do the job. The front rollers are continuously adjusted. At the movable workstation and control panel, a digital display x-axis offers accuracy to 1/100mm, controlled and regulated. Operator training included in the cost. Applications include: load bearing beams, aluminum and steel.
