2200 Series Dry Widebelt and Belt/Brush Sanders
Designed for dry operations, the Series 2200 belt and belt/stainless steel brush machines deliver a great finish at an affordable price. This versatile group of machines is available in three widths and from one to three heads in a combination of drums and stainless steel brushes. The new Slag Grinder incorporates a special drum which allows for the removal of slag without removing all of the surface coating which will reduce rusting problems after the sanding process.

2200 Series Rotary Brush
The Rotary Brush is Timesavers most popular solution for customers who require a fully deburred part. This is accomplished using a multi-directional brush machine that uniformally deburrs and finishes the edges of laser-cut, punched, and machined parts in one pass. Providing even, controllable edge radiusing on flat, spahed, or 3D part. The rotary brush will deburr edges without harming surface coatings such as cladding, zinc, or laser film.
